Rumors Fueled Water Festival Tragedy Collapsing Bridge




PHNOM PENH - The Cambodian government officials who investigated the tragedy of the death of about 350 visitors of the annual Water Festival in Phnom Penh to find a bright spot. The investigators believe the chaos caused by the development of the rumor bridge access to Diamond Island is falling.
